Windows CE

I was thinking about buying a second-hand handheld pc that uses windows CE as OS. Can I use brainstorm in this machine?

Windows CE is not the same as PC Windows and software has to be specially written to work on it.
BrainStorm has not been written for any other platform than PC at this time.
