Word Count

Post by alx » Mon Jul 03, 2006 10:44 pm

Text Tally is a nice little program that will count words in the clipboard; just select the sections you want in Brainstorm (or go to the title if you want the entire model), press Ctrl+C and you'll get the statistics you need.

Get it from here:

Thanks Alexander, I knew I'd mentioned it somewhere, sometime.

I think I ended up worried about spyware or something and deleted it.

Anyway, Harmony Hollow assures its users it's not into spyware. However, it does load another program called SaveNow as it installs and pops a "Free software" link into the Windows Explorer context menu.

However, it does load another program called SaveNow as it installs...
This is from their website re changes to the latest release:

- No longer bundled with SaveNow advertising software. Program is now true freeware.
- Made program window resizable.

To their credit, even on earlier versions one had the choice to not install SaveNow (which I didn't).
