When I enter my registration code, BrainStorm still shows 'Evaluation copy'

It just happens that I made a movie about this. I'll upload it now...

Here it is:

http://www.brainstormsw.com/licence.html

The problem is usually caused because both the name and the code are bound together. Change (or omit) the name and the code doesn't work.

Other possibilities are:

Corruption of the code by your email (unlikely)

Working with a very old version of BrainStorm whose evaluation licence has expired

UPDATE If you are not allowed to modify system folders (eg you are on a network) then please try uninstalling then reinstalling but, this time, to an alternative location. You are given the choice in the installation program.

You do not need to change the program location. I know that sounds mad, but just checking that 'alternative' box does the trick. Unless, of course, you're not allowed to add program files in which case I suggest you add a folder to your desktop called BrainStorm and point the installer there.
