Very occasionally, another program will 'steal' a keyboard shortcut. It has only been reported once in the past four years but here's the specific example:
Palm's desktop up to (at least) release 4.1 prevents shift+ctrl+t and
shift+ctrl+d working in BrainStorm. The first is the 'Throw a copy of entry/ies' and the other is 'Sort entries in descending order'.
Here's what Palm said: "There would appear to be a Bug in PDT when Keys are re-mapped for these two instances as your originally suggested. It has now been recorded by PHI and is listed to be fixed albeit without a Priority or Timescale."
