Is there a way to organize headings by dates and then sort accordingly?

It seems to me I had to set my default date format in Windows then in BrainStorm it is a simple matter to preface each heading with a date in the following format:

2005-11-30 10:05 PM
2005-11-22 10:05 PM
2005-11-20 10:05 PM
2005-11-08 10:05 PM
2005-11-07 10:05 PM
2005-11-06 10:05 PM
2005-11-05 10:05 PM

In MagicPaste you set up your prefix date string. Then use the insert date command or Shift Ctrl L.

I know David & I had this conversation a while back but I'm not pulling it
all up.

The above date format makes for BrainStorm date sorting in all situations.

BrainStorm's date paste Shift+Ctrl+L defaults to your system settings, as Jack said.

You may expand the date and/or add the time using the Separator settings which are in Options/Preferences/Editing options or in the Magic paste options.

I expect you've found the sort commands: shortcuts are Shift+Ctrl+U for ascending (U for Up) and Shift+Ctrl+D for descending (D for Down).
