"Select all" and "Copy" from aerial view

Postby mdalves » Fri Jun 23, 2006 9:13 am

Hi,

I sometimes need to paste the information from a model (aerial view) to a Lotus Notes e-mail or some other applications I use.

But the "select all" and "copy" options are not available in the aerial view. Is there any way to copy the information other then exporting to a text file ?

Regards,

Well you can export to the clipboard.

Use Write and the settings you need. Then you can paste into the destination application.

In 2003, BrainStorm acquired a Write to clipboard function.

If your copy of BrainStorm is older than that, we recommend that you update it. Just go to http://www.brainstormsw.com/download.html

If you have a current version, you will see in the Write options "Write to clipboard instead of file". Just check that box and the Write will divert the outline to the clipboard.

All you need to do then is to go to your other program and paste.
